The renter can purchase Roadside Assistance Protection (RAP) from A&A Car Rental for an additional fee. When the renter purchases RAP, A&A Car Rental agrees to contractually waive the renter’s responsibility for the cost of providing 24/7 roadside assistance (where available), which includes:

• Lost key replacement (including remote entry devices).
• Tire inflation service (if no inflated spare is available, the vehicle will be towed; the cost of a replacement tire is not covered by RAP).
• Lockout service (if keys are locked inside the vehicle).
• Jumpstart service.
• Up to 3 gallons (or equivalent liters) of fuel if the vehicle runs out of fuel.

Roadside Assistance Protection services are only available in the United States and Canada. If the renter does not purchase RAP, or if RAP is not valid as stated above, roadside assistance will be available but standard charges will apply. RAP does not apply in Mexico.
