When you submit your email to subscribe and receive promotions and information related to the services offered by “A&A Car Rental,” we will collect the following personal data: name, surname, and email address. You may unsubscribe from our promotions database at any time by using the same email you received or by following the procedure mentioned below.

Reservations and Payments

We will collect the following personal data to facilitate your reservation and/or payment for car rentals: name, surname, age range, email address, phone number, country of residence, reservation number, rental details, and car return information. Additionally, the following financial information will be used: rental cost, the last four digits of your credit card, and the credit card’s issuing bank, with the last two only used when processing payment for the rental.

Edit or Cancel Your Reservation

When you wish to edit or cancel a reservation, the following information will be used: email address and reservation number. Once the edit or cancellation is processed, “A&A Car Rental” will send a confirmation of the transaction to your email.

 Text Message Consent Policy

“A&A Car Rental” respects your privacy and does not share your consent to receive text messages with any third parties. Your consent is strictly for communication purposes directly related to your interactions with our services.

If at any time you wish to revoke your consent to receive text messages from us, you can do so by replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. Additionally, you may contact our customer service team via email or phone to withdraw your consent.
